Project Requirements

The project required a transformer capable of operating reliably under demanding high-voltage conditions while maintaining excellent electrical efficiency and mechanical stability. The principal requirements included:

Engineering and Optimized Design

Dingxin’s engineering team used professional analysis software and established calculation and verification procedures to optimize the transformer’s critical components. These included the magnetic core, windings, active part, leads, insulation system, cooling structure, and oil tank.
